Our game centre offers you a simple way to prepare your employees for the routine situations they will come across every day. For example, contract, purchasing or sales negotiations, negotiations with monopolists, in quality negotiations or in many other areas. In our game modules, roles are adapted according to the working life of each participant. This makes it possible to prepare the participant for certain situations which will occur in their daily routine. The games are played under the supervision of a professional trainer.

OPN- Negotiation
During the day you will discover:
How to achieve your maximum performance when under timer pressure and how to familiarise yourself quickly with new topics. How to react spontaneously to unplanned events and tasks. How to use negotiation templates to your advantage. How to quickly filter and prioritise relevant information. How to implement negotiation tips and tricks immediately. How to coordinate with members of a negotiation team quickly and comprehensively. How to visualise the results of negotiations clearly and concisely. How to use parallel negotiations with suppliers or competitors strategically.
Split into groups of 1 purchasing team and 3 sales teams with up to 19 participants.

OPL - Legal
Negotiate a contractual basis between a costumer and supplier. Respond to requests for modifications from your legal department and to global events. More mutual and legal understanding of the different expectations of purchasing and sales departments in contract negotiations.
Learning through games - also called gamification - and experience the contents, clauses ans specifications of the legal, purchasing and sales departments through simulation.
Game for 9 - 18 participants.
Group split into 1 purchasing and 3 supplier teams with the aim to conclude a contract.

OPQ - Quality
Negotiate an extensive QSV between purchasing and the supplier. Respond to requests for changes required by your supervisor and to other global events. Gain more mutual understanding of the differences arising between purchasing, quality and the supplier.
Learning through games - also called gamification - and experience the processes, costs and specifications of quality, purchasing and sales in simulation.
For between 9 - 18 participants.
Group split into 1 purchasing and 3 supplier teams.
